Nxtfluencez is committed to transparent and fair financial policies for all parties involved in influencer marketing collaborations. This Refund Policy governs how payments, creator fees, and campaign funds are handled and what happens in the event of cancellation or dispute.

1. Overview

Because our services involve significant upfront work — including campaign strategy development, creator recruitment, audience analysis, compliance review, and contract management — certain costs are non-recoverable once that work has commenced. Our refund structure is designed to be fair to brands, creators, and our team alike, with clarity on what is refundable at each stage of a campaign.

2. Campaign Strategy & Management Fees

Strategy and management fees compensate for the significant pre-campaign work performed by our team, including creator research, audience matching, brief development, compliance review, and campaign architecture.

  • Before strategy kick-off: 100% of strategy fees refundable if the campaign is cancelled before a kick-off call has taken place
  • After kick-off, before creator outreach: 50% of strategy fees refundable
  • After creator outreach has begun: Strategy and management fees are non-refundable, as resources and operational costs have been committed on your behalf

The specific milestone definitions applicable to your campaign are set out in your Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Creator Payments

Creator fees are governed by the campaign agreement between Nxtfluencez, the brand, and the creator. The following general principles apply:

  • Creator fees are released in line with campaign milestones specified in the SOW (typically: 50% on brief acceptance, 50% on final content delivery)
  • Where a creator fails to deliver agreed content by the contracted deadline, contractual remedies apply, which may include revised deliverables, replacement creators, or partial refund of the creator fee
  • Creator fees paid for content that has been delivered and approved are non-refundable unless the content is found to materially violate the campaign brief or applicable regulations
  • Creator fees held in escrow pending delivery are refundable if the creator fails to deliver and no replacement content is provided

4. Campaign Cancellation

4.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

Where a client cancels a campaign before creator agreements are finalised:

  • Unused creator budget held in escrow: Refunded in full
  • Strategy and management fees: Subject to the milestone rules in Section 2
  • Third-party costs already incurred: Non-refundable (e.g., platform fees, tool subscriptions, legal review costs)

Where a client cancels a campaign after creator agreements are signed but before content is produced, the client remains liable for any cancellation fees specified in creator contracts.

4.2 Nxtfluencez-Initiated Cancellation

Where Nxtfluencez cancels a campaign due to circumstances within our control (e.g., inability to source compliant creators for your brief), a full refund of all unspent campaign funds and management fees will be provided.

5. Refund Review Process

To request a refund review, contact us at support@nxtfluencez.com with your campaign details, SOW reference, and a description of the grounds for your request. All requests are reviewed within 10 business days. Our team will provide a written decision with reasoning. If we agree a refund is warranted, we will confirm the amount and timeline in writing.

6. Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method and banking institution. International bank transfers may take up to 20 business days to appear in your account. Nxtfluencez is not responsible for delays attributable to banking or payment processing systems outside our control.

7. Disputes

In the event of a payment dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct communication before escalating to any formal process. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out in your SOW or Service Agreement.
